Mr.Net was chosen by TAP Portugal, among several national and international providers, to supply a Content Management solution for the company web portal.

The software and services provided by Mr.Net include all the necessary resources to develop and deploy websites, integrate with TAP legacy systems and maintain a portal that is available in multiple languages and managed by a team that is spread worldwide.

Paulo Laureano, Mr.Net's CTO and project coordinator referred that the main goals and challenges were "to build a new web portal from scratch and to prepare the TAP team to be able to maintain and deploy new funcionalities in the future, using Siteseed technology; to guarantee all the necessary integrations with legacy systems such as departures and arrivals, check-in and with other products like booking engines; to make sure that the portal supports different offers, for different markets, in different languages, but using a unified backoffice with advanced workflow capabilities and high scalability.

Mr.Net's consultancy and systems administrators teams also helped TAP Portugal and Megasis (TAP Group IT company) in the definition, set-up and maintenance of the servers infrastructure.
